SEPA Bank Transfer

Scope of Required Data

The following data is required for the SEPA Bank Transfer:

Name
Date of birth
Address
International Bank Account Number (IBAN)

Processing of Collected Data

At the end of the experiment, you will be redirected to a Qualtrics survey to enter your payment data.
Payment-related personal data will only be accessible to authorized personnel responsible for administering participant compensation.
Experimental data and payment-related personal data will be stored separately and accessed only for the purposes for which they were collected.
The experimenting team will provide the finance department of Maastricht University with the necessary data for the bank transfers. The transfers will act as proof of payment.
The payout usually takes up to 4 weeks.

Duration of Storage

After the payout has been made, the experimenting team deletes all collected payment data as well as any other data resulting from its processing.

Right to Object and Erasure

You can revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your data. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. To do so, please contact the experimenting team at nicolas.kurtenbach@maastrichtuniversity.nl. Please note that a payout is no longer possible after your data has been deleted.
